266.430. 1. Prior to the feeding of garbage, other thangarbage obtained from his own household, to any swine located inthe state of Missouri, the owner or feeder, as the case may be,shall first obtain an annual permit from the department ofagriculture of Missouri, for which he shall pay an annual fee oftwenty-five dollars, which shall be deposited in the "AgricultureFees" fund and to be used for the enforcement of sections 266.410to 266.460.
2. The applicant for a garbage feeding permit shall certifyin an application that he has facilities for cooking garbage.The director of agriculture, or his deputy, upon receipt of anapplication for a permit, shall promptly make an investigation,and if the facilities are adequate for the cooking of garbage,shall issue a permit.
