Hearings on refusals or revocations, procedure.
264.081. Any person who is refused any permit or certificateof health, or who has had any permit or certificate revoked, mayrequest a hearing before the director of agriculture. Therequest must be made in writing no later than thirty days afterthe date on which such person was notified of the denial orrevocation of a permit or certificate of health.
