Certain persons not to be beneficiaries.
262.660. No money shall be paid out under sections 262.630to 262.660 for the services, traveling expenses or hotel bills ofany officers or local committees or of any person or personsunder pay of the state department of agriculture, college ofagriculture or state teachers' colleges.
