Rehearing.
259.160. Any person adversely affected by any order of thecouncil may within thirty days after its effective date apply tothe council in writing for a rehearing. The application forrehearing shall be acted upon within fifteen days after itsfiling, and if granted, the rehearing shall be held without unduedelay.
