257.150. Within thirty days after the district has beendeclared a corporation by the court, the clerk of the court shalltake the following action:
(1) Transmit to the secretary of state copies of thefindings and decree, the same to be filed and recorded in theoffice of the secretary of state in the same manner as articlesof incorporation are now required to be filed and recorded underthe general law concerning corporations. The secretary of stateshall receive for filing and recording the copies such fees asnow are or hereafter may be provided by law for like services insimilar cases.
(2) Transmit to the county recorder of deeds in each of thecounties having lands in the district, copies of the findings,decree, and surveyor's map of the district, the same to be filedin the office of the county recorder of deeds, where they shallbecome permanent records. The recorder of deeds in each countyshall receive a fee of five dollars for filing and preserving thesame.
(3) Transmit to the state agency designated by the governorto review plans of conservancy districts copies of the findings,decree, and surveyor's map of the district.
