Additional technical work--authorization.
256.100. The state geologist, with the approval of thegovernor, shall be authorized to negotiate for such technicalwork as may be necessary beyond the facilities of the division.He shall also purchase equipment, apparatus and supplies withinthe funds appropriated therefor.
