Owner to reimburse state upon cancellation of classification--penalty.

254.210. When a classification shall have been canceled forcause, the owner of such lands shall make reimbursement to thecommission in a manner as the director of revenue shall prescribefor the grant which was paid by the commission to the county inlieu of taxes on this land while so classified as forestcropland, plus a penalty equivalent to ten percent interestthereon. Such reimbursement shall be in addition to any yieldtax which may have been paid or may be collected.
