Unexpended balance not to be transferred to general revenue.
253.407. Any unexpended balance in the historic preservationrevolving fund at the end of any appropriation period shall notbe transferred to the general revenue fund of the state treasuryand, accordingly, shall be exempt from the provisions of section33.080, RSMo, relating to transfer of funds to the generalrevenue funds of the state by the state treasurer.
