Definitions.
253.401. As used in sections 253.400 to 253.407, unless thecontext requires otherwise:
(1) "Department" means the department of natural resources;
(2) "Fund" means the historic preservation revolving fund;
(3) "Historic property" or "property" means any building,structure, district, area or site that is significant in thehistory, architecture, archaeology or culture of this state, itscommunities or this country, which is eligible for nomination tothe National Register of Historic Places.
