253.100. Removal of timber only on order of record.

Removal of timber only on order of record.

253.100. No timber in any state park shall be cut andremoved from such state park, sold, or converted into lumber orbuilding material, except upon the express order of thedepartment of natural resources, duly entered upon the minutes ofthe department of natural resources.
