Possession of wildlife a misdemeanor--when.
252.190. Any person who shall have in his possession orunder his control any wildlife, except in the manner, to theextent and at the time or times permitted by the provisions ofthis chapter and the rules and regulations of the commission,shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor; and any agent of thecommission, and any sheriff or marshal or deputy thereof ishereby permitted and authorized to take and confiscate any suchwildlife from any person so possessing or controlling the same.
