Tax levy to be authorized by voters--election expenses,how paid.
249.110. The board of trustees shall have no power to levyor collect any taxes for the payment of any indebtedness incurredby said district unless and until the voters of the districtshall have authorized the incurring of indebtedness at anelection, but all such expenses and indebtedness incurred by saiddistrict may be paid out of funds which may be received by saiddistrict from the sale of bonds authorized by the voters at anysuch election.
