Control over patented lands vested in county commissions.
241.150. The several county commissions shall have fullpower and control over all such overflowed and swamp landspatented to their respective counties under the provisions ofsections 241.010 to 241.280, and to sell and dispose of the samein like manner and with like effect as is or may be provided bylaw for the conveyance of other real estate belonging to theirrespective counties.
