Board meetings--quorum--vacancies, how filled.
235.130. The board shall meet at the place to be designatedby the board as often as the needs of the district require, onnotice to each member of the board. Two members of the boardshall constitute a quorum at any meeting. Any vacancy on theboard shall be filled by the remaining member or members of theboard, the appointee or appointees to act until the next biennialelection at which directors are elected as provided in section235.140, when the vacancy or vacancies shall be filled byelection. If the board shall fail, neglect or refuse to fill anyvacancy within thirty days after the same occurs, the countycommission shall fill such vacancy.
