Certain bridges part of state highway system.
227.080. All bridges which have heretofore been constructedor rebuilt or which may hereafter be constructed or built overnavigable streams by or under the order of the state highways andtransportation commission of Missouri, either entirely with statefunds or in part with state funds, and local funds, or with localfunds or any easement over any privately owned bridge now orhereafter constructed or built in good repair which may betendered free and without consideration to the state highways andtransportation commission, and which bridges are located atpoints where such streams intersect the state highways, and allbridges now under contract to be erected by the state highwaysand transportation commission, or in whole or in part from fundsof the state highways and transportation commission, shall beregarded as part of the state highways, and all such bridgesshall be maintained by the state highways and transportationcommission.
