Commission not required to file plans.
226.975. In order to enable the commission to acquire property topreserve a corridor for future highway construction under the provisions ofsections 226.950 to 226.973, the commission shall not be required to filedetailed plans of the future highway construction with the county clerk asrequired by section 227.050, RSMo.
