Penalty for failure to receive and keep United States prisoners.
221.280. The keeper of every jail aforesaid shall be subjectto the same pains and penalties, for any neglect or failure ofduty therein, as he would be subject to by the laws of the statefor the like neglect or failure in the case of a prisonercommitted under the authority of the said laws.
