Probation services for courts, rules authorized.
217.755. The board shall adopt general rules andregulations, in accordance with section 217.040, concerning theconditions of probation applicable to cases in the courts forwhich it provides probation service. Nothing herein, however,shall limit the authority of the court to impose or modify anygeneral or specific conditions of probation.
