Escape by offender, effect on.
217.510. Escape from custody by any offender subsequent tothe execution of a request for final disposition under theprovisions of sections 217.490 to 217.520 shall void the requestand subject the offender to conviction under sections 217.225 and217.390 relating to escape from custody.
