Record keeping required, submission to department.
208.432. Each Medicaid managed care organization shall keep suchrecords as may be necessary to determine the amount of its reimbursementallowance. Every Medicaid managed care organization shall submit to thedepartment of social services a statement that accurately reflects suchinformation as is necessary to determine that Medicaid managed careorganization's reimbursement allowance.
