Application for medical assistance, approval or denial,when--Medicaid payments to long-term care facilities, when.
208.072. 1. A completed application for medical assistance forservices described in section 208.152 shall be approved or denied withinthirty days from submission to the division of family services or itssuccessor.
2. The division of medical services shall remit to a licensed nursinghome operator the Medicaid payment for a newly admitted Medicaid residentin a licensed long-term care facility within forty-five days of theresident's date of admission.
