Containers not required to be marked, when.
196.328. No markings are required on containers orsubcontainers of eggs:
(1) When sold at retail from a properly marked bulk displayand packaged in the presence of the purchaser for the immediatepurpose of the sale;
(2) When sales are made without advertising, by theproducer, from eggs produced on his own premises and are not soldat an established place of business away from premises of suchproducer;
(3) On containers of fifteen dozen or more eggs whichcontain properly marked subcontainers.
