Promulgation of rules, authority for, consultation with council.
192.742. The department, in consultation with the Missourihead injury advisory council, shall promulgate rules andregulations necessary to carry out the provisions of sections192.735 to 192.744, pursuant to the provisions of section 192.006and chapter 536, RSMo.
