184.015. 1. Any administrative board of control of an artmuseum may contract to furnish the use of the facilities orservices of the institution it operates and maintains to anyincorporated city, incorporated village, school district orcounty in this state, or to the citizens or residents of any suchcity, village, school district or county, whether or not suchcity, village, school district or county maintains an art museum.
2. Any incorporated city, incorporated village, schooldistrict or county may contract with the administrative board ofcontrol of any art museum for the use of the facilities orservices of any institution operated and maintained by suchadministrative board of control, such use to be by or for thebenefit of the citizens or residents of any political subdivisionherein named.
3. Any contract entered into hereunder shall be made andperformed pursuant to the provisions of sections 70.210 to70.230, RSMo, both inclusive. It shall define the nature andextent of the use of the facility or service and the compensationto be paid therefor.
4. Payments contracted for under the provisions of anycontract executed under the provisions of this section areauthorized to be paid from the general revenues of any city,village or county or from the incidental fund of any schooldistrict, and shall be paid from any such funds that may beavailable for such purposes.
