Board may contract for library service--procedure.
182.080. The county library board of trustees may contractwith the body having control of a public library for assistancein the operation of a free county library under such terms andconditions as may be stated in the contract, or it may contractwith the body having control of a public or a school library orany other library to furnish library service to the people of thecounty library district, under such terms and conditions as maybe stated in the contract. The body having control of anylibrary district may contract with any such county library boardof trustees to provide library service to the people of thelibrary district under such terms and conditions as may be statedin the contract. The county library board of trustees maycontract with any other county library district under the termsoutlined in sections 70.210 to 70.320, RSMo. In case a contractis made for services by any library, the contracting libraryboards of trustees shall advise and consult together with regardto the management and disbursement of funds, and other policiesrelating to the proper management of the library.
