Conveyance of property to public institution of higher education.
177.051. If there is within any school district any schoolproperty that is not required for the use of the school districtand the property could be used for purposes of offering educationbeyond grade twelve by a public institution of higher education,the school board may lease or convey the property to the publicinstitution, and the proceeds derived from a conveyance shall beplaced to the credit of the incidental fund of the district.
