Authority assigned to department of higher education--reportsrequired.
173.445. The higher education loan authority is assigned tothe department of higher education. The authority shall annuallyfile with the director of said department a report of itsprevious year's income, expenditures and bonds or other forms ofindebtedness issued and outstanding.
