Students admissible--tuition and fees.
172.360. All youths, resident of the state of Missouri, shall beadmitted to all the privileges and advantages of the various classes of allthe departments of the University of the State of Missouri; provided, thateach applicant for admission therein shall possess such scholasticattainments and mental and moral qualifications as shall be prescribed inrules adopted and established by the board of curators; and providedfurther, that the board of curators may charge and collect reasonabletuition and other fees necessary for the maintenance and operation of alldepartments of the university, as they may deem necessary.
