Class one election offense defined.
115.175. Any person who knowingly or willfully gives anyfalse information for the purpose of establishing his eligibilityto register to vote or who conspires with another person for thepurpose of encouraging his false registration or illegal vote, orwho pays or offers to pay, accepts or offers to accept paymentfor registering to vote or for voting, or who otherwise willfullyand fraudulently furnishes false information to a registrationofficial for the purpose of causing a false or fictitiousregistration, or who registers to vote with the intention ofvoting more than once in the same election shall be guilty of aclass one election offense.
