Violation a misdemeanor--penalty.
108.190. The county commission or the governing authoritiesof any city, incorporated town or village, school district, orother political corporation or subdivision of the state, or anycomptroller, collector or treasurer of any such county, city,incorporated town or village, or other political corporation orsubdivision of the state, who shall fail to carry out theprovisions of section 108.180, or violate any of the provisionsthereof, shall be guilty of a misdemeanor, and upon convictionshall be punished by a fine of not less than five hundred dollarsnor more than one thousand dollars or by imprisonment in thecounty jail not to exceed one year, or by both such fine andimprisonment.
