Sureties on certain bonds--evidence of solvency.

107.110. No official bond in a penal sum of twenty-fivethousand dollars or more shall be approved until after thesureties therein shall subscribe and swear to a statement, to beduly attested and endorsed on or attached to the bond, settingforth in full the name, place of residence and occupation of eachsurety, the kind and location of his property, and that he isworth a certain sum, therein to be stated, over and above allliabilities and exemptions, and such other particulars as may berequired by the officer or court whose approval of such bond issought or required.
