105.830. State employees already covered by workers' compensation not affected by sections 105.800 to 105.850.

State employees already covered by workers' compensation notaffected by sections 105.800 to 105.850.

105.830. Nothing in sections 105.800 to 105.850 shall affectany department or constitutional agency which is already underthe provisions of chapter 287, RSMo, but every employee of eachdepartment and agency shall be covered by the provisions ofchapter 287, RSMo.
