Exceptions to applicability of sections 105.450 to 105.458,105.462 to 105.468, and 105.472 to 105.482.
105.466. 1. No provision of sections 105.450 to 105.458,105.462 to 105.468, and 105.472 to 105.482 shall be construed toprohibit any person from performing any ministerial act or anyact required by order of a court or by law to be performed.
2. No provision of sections 105.450 to 105.458, 105.462 to105.468, and 105.472 to 105.482 shall be construed to prohibitany person from communicating with the office of the attorneygeneral or any prosecuting attorney or any attorney for anypolitical subdivision concerning any prospective claim orcomplaint then under consideration not otherwise prohibited bylaw.
3. No provision of sections 105.450 to 105.458, 105.462 to105.468, and 105.472 to 105.482 shall be construed to prohibitany person, firm or corporation from receiving compensation forproperty taken by the state or any political subdivision thereofunder the power of eminent domain in accordance with theprovisions of the constitution and the laws of the state.
