105.360. Nonapproval or termination of plan--hearing.

Nonapproval or termination of plan--hearing.

105.360. The state agency shall not finally refuse toapprove a plan without reasonable notice and opportunity forhearing to each political subdivision or instrumentality affectedthereby.
