105.276. Any person who with intent to defraud uses on apublic security or an instrument of payment a facsimilesignature, or any reproduction of it, of any authorized officer;or any facsimile seal, or any reproduction of it, of this stateor any of its departments, agencies, or other instrumentalitiesor of any of its political subdivisions is guilty of a felony andshall be punishable by imprisonment for not less than two or morethan ten years in an institution designated by the state divisionof corrections.
