Facsimile signature on public securities, instruments, or contracts,effect.
105.274. Any authorized officer, after filing with the secretary ofstate his or her manual signature certified by such officer under oath, mayexecute or cause to be executed with a facsimile signature in lieu of hisor her manual signature:
(1) Any public security, provided that at least one signaturerequired or permitted to be placed thereon shall be manually subscribed;
(2) Any instrument of payment. Upon compliance with sections 105.273to 105.278 by the authorized officer, his or her facsimile signature hasthe same legal effect as his or her manual signature; and
(3) Any contract executed by a political subdivision of this stateand approved by the governing body of the political subdivision.
