Delinquent settlements, how enforced.
105.110. Every officer required by any law to makesettlement with the respective courts, and pay over to the countytreasurer, who shall fail to settle his accounts in the time andmanner prescribed, may be attached, and unless good cause beshown, may be imprisoned until such settlement shall be made tothe satisfaction of the court to which he is accountable.
