Conservation department, contributions for insurance for uniformedagents, when.
104.516. Notwithstanding any other provision of law to thecontrary, the department of conservation shall continue tocontribute toward monthly costs for insurance benefits to covermedical expenses for each uniformed agent in the protectiondivision receiving disability benefits for a job related illnessor injury pursuant to the provisions of section 104.518 the sameamount which would have been contributed by the state on suchperson's behalf if on active service as a uniformed agent. Thereimbursement shall continue as long as the uniformed agent isreceiving disability benefits.
