Obligee--additional rights.
99.540. An obligee of an authority shall have the right inaddition to all other rights which may be conferred on suchobligee, subject only to any contractual restrictions bindingupon such obligee:
(1) By mandamus, suit, action or proceeding at law or inequity to compel said authority and the commissioners, officers,agents or employees thereof to perform each and every term,provision and covenant contained in any contract of saidauthority with or for the benefit of such obligee, and to requirethe carrying out of any or all such covenants and agreements ofsaid authority and the fulfillment of all duties imposed uponsaid authority by this law; and
(2) By suit, action or proceeding in equity, to enjoin anyacts or things which may be unlawful, or the violation of any ofthe rights of such obligee of said authority.
