Ordinance--conclusive.
88.120. The final passage of any ordinance under theprovisions of sections 88.107 to 88.127 shall be deemed aconclusive determination that the amount of the assessmenttherein made is in conformity with section 88.117 and that eachlot or parcel of land within the assessment district by suchordinance defined has been benefited by the improvement inquestion in an amount at least equal to the assessment chargedagainst it by such ordinance, plus all credits to which it isentitled under section 88.113.
