Condemnation of property--report of damages.
88.047. When no requests for jury trials are filed withinthe time limited, or when the allowances of damages have beenfinally determined, the clerk shall make a report of the resultof the proceedings showing the amount of damages finally allowedfor each lot, tract or parcel of land to be appropriated,describing the same, and showing the amounts finally chargedagainst the various lots, tracts and parcels of land forbenefits, describing the same and the amount assessed against thecity at large, if any, and the amount of excess to be paid by thecity, if any, under his hand and the seal of the court, and filethe same with the papers in the case. He shall also make a copyof said report, duly certified, which the sheriff shall deliverto the city clerk and the sheriff shall make his return on theoriginal showing such service and the date thereof.
