Disability beneficiaries to undergo physical examinations.
87.210. Once each year during the first five years followingthe retirement of a member on a disability retirement allowance,and once in every three-year period thereafter, the board oftrustees may, and upon his application shall, require anydisability beneficiary to undergo a medical examination, theexamination to be made at a place designated by the medicalboard, and to be made by the medical board or by a physician orphysicians designated by such board. Should any disabilitybeneficiary refuse to submit to the medical examination, hisallowance may be discontinued until his withdrawal of therefusal, and if his refusal continues for one year all rights inand to his allowance may be revoked by the board of trustees.
