Disincorporated town or village--disposition of revenue.
80.670. If any town or village, disincorporated asaforesaid, have an annual revenue accruing thereto, the sameshall be paid to the county governing body by the person owingthe same; and all moneys thus paid, as well as all moneys paidthem by the trustee, shall be held and disposed of by thegoverning body for the benefit of such town or village, and maybe applied by the governing body to any specific object, upon thepetition of a majority of the taxable inhabitants of such town orvillage.
