Accounts, how kept.
30.280. The state treasurer shall keep separate accounts ofthe funds of the state showing the name of the fund, the moneysbelonging to it, deposits, time as well as demand, andobligations of the United States government in which the moneysof each particular fund have been placed and all yield,interest, income, increment or gain received on the moneys. Thestate treasurer may require any depositary of state moneys tokeep separate accounts showing the name of each fund to whichthe moneys belong.
