Moneys and credits, how held and disbursed--interest, how credited.
30.240. The state treasurer shall hold all state moneys, alldeposits thereof, time as well as demand, and all obligations ofthe United States government in which such moneys are placed forthe benefit of the respective funds to which they belong anddisburse the same as authorized by law. Unless otherwiseprovided by law, all yield, interest, income, increment, or gainreceived from the time deposit of state moneys or theirinvestment in obligations of the United States government shallbe credited by the state treasurer to the general revenue.
