Day care centers for employees' children, procedure toestablish, licensing, costs.
28.025. 1. Employees of the Missouri secretary of state may organizeand file with the secretary of state an application as anot-for-profit corporation for the purpose of establishing a child day carecenter. The corporation so formed may enter into an agreement with thecommissioner of administration for the lease of appropriate space for use asthe child day care center. The space for the center may be made available tothe corporation at a rate to be established by the commissioner ofadministration.
2. The corporation may provide child day care on property leased fromthe commissioner of administration. The child day care center established bythe corporation shall be licensed under the provisions of sections 210.201 to210.245, RSMo. The operation of the day care center shall be paid for by feesor charges, established by the corporation, and collected from those who useits services. The corporation may receive any private donations or* grantsfrom agencies of the federal government intended for the support of the childday care center.
