Governor may accept cession of jurisdiction in federal enclaves.
12.028. By appropriate executive order, the governor mayaccept on behalf of the state full or partial cession orretrocession of federal jurisdiction, criminal or civil, over anylands, except Indian lands, in federal enclaves within the statewhere such cession or retrocession has been offered byappropriate federal authority. An executive order accepting acession or retrocession of jurisdiction shall be filed in theoffice of the secretary of state and in the office of therecorder of the county in which the affected real estate islocated.
