3.140. 1. The committee on legislative research may,through the revisor of statutes, sell copies of the revisedstatutes of Missouri, and any supplement or edition of pocketparts thereto, not required by this chapter to be distributedwithout charge, at a price to be determined by the committee,taking into account the cost of printing and binding, includingthe cost of delivery, and the money received therefor shall bepaid to the director of revenue and deposited in the statetreasury to the credit of the general revenue fund.
2. The revisor of statutes shall also supply to the clerk ofthe circuit court of each county order blanks in a numbersufficient to meet the public demand. The blanks may be used bythe public to order copies which shall be sold by the committeeas provided in subsection 1.
