§ 81-12-191. Federal associations domiciled in state.
 

Federal savings associations or federal savings and loan associations, domiciled in the State of Mississippi, incorporated pursuant to the laws of the United States, as now or hereafter amended, are not foreign corporations or foreign associations. Unless otherwise restricted by laws of the United States, the depositors, members and stockholders of federal associations shall possess all of the rights, privileges and benefits, duties and obligations that are now or may hereafter be provided by the laws of this state for depositors, members and stockholders of associations organized under the laws of this state; unless otherwise restricted by the laws of the United States, federal associations shall possess all of the benefits, immunities, exemptions, duties and obligations that are now or may hereafter be provided by the laws of this state for associations organized under the laws of this state. This provision is additional and supplemental to any provision which, by specific reference, is applicable to federal associations and the members thereof.
