Section 97B.321 Snares, Traps, Set Guns, and Swivel Guns Prohibited

97B.321 SNARES, TRAPS, SET GUNS, AND SWIVEL GUNS PROHIBITED.

A person may not take deer with the aid of a snare, trap, set gun, or swivel gun.
